My online skating friend, Annabel, pointed me out to this funny exercise routine song that she wanted to skate to (but her coach wouldn't let her...) The title is appropriately named "Chicken Fat!!!"

OMG!!! I would LOVE to have known about this piece back in the days when I was doing high impact aerobics classes and everyone used to pick on each other by yelling "CHICKEN!!!" to each other. LOL!!!
