The end of my second week at work and I'm already looking into bug tracking system. WOW! This company REALLY doesn't have ANY processes!!! I wonder how they managed to build this other system using FileMaker Pro they did without QA processes? EEEEEK!!! =:-O
I took parts of what I remember from my last job, parts from Bugzilla's User Guide and parts from the existing database. I hope I can give them a respectable bug tracking process in the end and they would go along with whatever choice I had in mind. :)
